Client Management Solution (named CFS/CM)
The need for an effective and efficient client management solution that would help drive profitable, pro-active customer service and sales for Australia Post in South Australia was needed at this time as it was recognised that staff involved with managing clients typically relied on a combination of legacy systems, which had not been developed for this purpose or no system at all. Communication isolation caused overlaps between departments. In designing a suitable solution, I used a team consisting of key business representatives, senior management, and the 3rd party developers. This system is now used nationally by Australia Post.
